How can I use Baobab Powder?

Baobab Powder is a wonderful superfruit and is very versatile thanks to its slightly sweet and tangy taste - some people say that it tastes quite similar to sherbet but without the added sugar!

Baobab works very well blended in superfood smoothies and green juices. However, because of it's slightly citrusy taste, it can also be sprinkled on salads and added to home-made sauces that have a citrus base. Baobab powder has many health benefits, in particular it's high fibre and vitamin C content so it's a great addition to any diet to help boost the immune system, lower cholesterol and support healthy skin, teeth and gums. Below are several recipes and alternative ideas for using baobab powder at home.
