Superfoods are highly versatile and can be mixed, blended, baked, fried, sprinkled, shaken (or stirred) in a wide variety of ways. Because we often consume our super foods daily, it's a great idea then to have some extra-special recipes up your sleeve to keep things interesting as it can get a bit boring making the same breakfast smoothie every single day and when we get bored it's easy to stray to something less-nutritious.
