Vegan Maca Malt Smoothie Recipe

  • Add water and a few chunks of ice to a blender (approx 300ml)
  • Drop in the blueberries, frozen banana slices, and spinach
  • Add maca powder, flax seeds and a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Blend until smooth
  • Top with pomegranate seeds

Cacao and Maca Energy Bar

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of maca powder
A handful of cashew nuts
2 dates
1 tablespoon of cacao nibs

  • Blend maca powder, cashew nuts, dates and cacao nibs
  • Add water until mixture is sticky
  • Press into bars and enjoy (these bars can be frozen)

Choco-Maca Smoothie (2-3 servings)

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of cacao nibs
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1-2 tablespoons of organic/natural sweetener
1 can of organic coconut milk
2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
A pinch of cinnamon
1-2 cups of filtered water

  • Add coconut milk and water to a blender
  • Bung in the remaining ingredients
  • Blend until smooth
