Ingredients
500g chicken breast or chicken legs
2 eggs, (beaten)
2 tablespoons of baobab powder
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Coconut oil to fry
Directions
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips
2. Dip the chicken breast or legs in the beaten egg
3. Coat the chicken in baobab powder and then in sesame seeds
4. Fry in plenty of coconut oil in a large pan or skillet, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked through and the juices run clear. Depending on the size and thickness, the chicken legs will take longer than breast to cook
5. Garnish and serve piping hot
